We deliver everything we sell, from framing lumber, engineered lumber and plywood, to building supplies and Simpson Strong Frames. Whether you’re a contractor and need regular curbside delivery to your jobsite or you need a one-time delivery for your home improvement project, we are here to help.
Centrally located in the East Bay, we deliver lumber and building materials to Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco and San Mateo Counties.

Delivery Service
Our normal delivery service is available Monday through Friday, with Saturday delivery by request only.
We have a fleet of specialized lumber delivery trucks for large orders, a forklift truck, a large box van, and pickups for small orders. Our drivers are all experienced professionals, spend a lot of time in traffic, and working with dispatch, take pride in getting your order to you safely and on time.
We deliver Lumber & Building Materials to Alameda, Contra Costa, Marin, San Francisco and San Mateo counties.
Curbside delivery
- Deliveries are scheduled to arrive within a three-hour window and we can call or text when the truck leaves our yard.
- All deliveries should be scheduled two days in advance of your delivery date.
- Our delivery charges are very reasonable and are based on the distance from our lumber yard to your jobsite, home or other destination.
